Lemon Acidity

Everyone loves a glass of lemon juice mixed with water and ice on a hot sunny day! 

Lemons, in its natural state, is acidic with a pH of about 2, but once it is metabolized it actually becomes alkaline with a pH well above 7. It contains a high amount of vitamin C, soluble fiber, and plant compounds. So, once your lemon juice is fully digested, it has alkalizing effects with many health benefits!

Are we going to be a victim?  Are we going to blame the virus, the quarantine, the government?  Or should we use these events as an opportunity for personal growth and improvement health-wise?

Asian Fusion: Rice Paper Rolls

I love the Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls, and making them yourself can be a great challenge at the start.  If you persist like I did, this meal has become one of our favourites for my family and our guests!
