Enzymes



“Enzymes are not ‘substances.’  Enzymes are an intangible magnetic Cosmic Energy Life Principle...which is intimately involved in the action and activity of every atom in the human body, in vegetation, and in every form of life… Where there is life, there are enzymes” --  Dr. Norman W. Walker, who died in the mid 80's had lived more than 100 years of age, written 7 popular books on nutrition and helped thousands and thousands of people find health and life.
Enzymes, special proteins, are the sparks that start the essential chemical reactions our bodies need to live.  They are necessary for digesting food, for stimulating the brain, for providing cellular energy, and for repairing all tissues, organs and cells.
There are three different types of enzymes: 
  1. Metabolic enzymes spark the reactions within the cells, thus keep our body function properly; 
  2. Digestive enzymes, produced in the pancreas, break down food, allowing nutrients to be absorbed into the bloodstream to be used in bodily functions.  Digestive enzymes ensure that that we get the greatest possible nutritional value from food. 
  3. Food enzymes are enzymes supplied to us through the foods we eat.   God has put them there to aid in our digestion of food. This way, we do not use as many of the body's "in-house" enzymes in the digestive process. 
Food enzymes begin to die at 107ºF or 41.6°C.  This means that cooked and processed foods contain few, if any, enzymes.  Enzymes, which are the LIFE force found in raw fruits and vegetables, start to be destroyed. And by approximately 122°F or 50°C, all enzymatic activity has ceased, and that food is now dead - because the heat has destroyed its life force! When we eat a diet of cooked food, we could well be eating for a shorter and less-than-healthy life. 
Then when you lose all the enzymes in a food that has been cooked, you are losing more than just enzymes. Enzymes are involved in a synergistic sort of way in helping all vitamins, minerals and amino acids (protein) to be absorbed into the body. Loss of enzymes in food will have an impact on the vitality and absorbability of all other major nutrients in that food.
Raw foods, on the other hand, do contain enzymes that help them auto-digest. This is part of the reason why raw foods are beneficial; because they have their own enzymes, they require less energy to digest because they don’t require your body to supply the enzymes.
This point to the wisdom and  importance of eating raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds as originally provided by God in Gen. 1:29.   These foods contain active enzymes, and the more enzymes you get, the longer, and healthier you live.   And the more raw foods you eat, the more enzymes you get. 
Simultaneously, at approximately 150°F or 65.5°C, protein molecules within that food starts to break down, and by 160°F or 50°C degrees, the molecular structure has been totally de-ranged. This can be very vividly seen when a raw egg (which is comprised of almost 100% protein) hits a hot frying pan. Before our very eyes the clear, liquid, jelly-like substance surrounding the yoke, becomes hard and white.
Before most of the food we eat today is consumed, it is placed in or on a heat source. We boil many of our vegetables in water of 212°F or 100°C or steam our vegetables at a temperature also of 212°F degrees. Many of our foods are baked in ovens at even higher temperatures. A slow oven starts at about 250°F or 121°C, while other foods are baked in ovens that reach to over 400°F or 205°C or we cook our food in a microwave oven.  Do not all of these heat sources produce temperatures above the temperatures that destroy LIFE?   Of course they do!
          Food is meant for us to achieve ultimate health but if food is cooked and thus devoid of all enzymes, proteins, minerals, vitamins, etc. it is no longer considered as food useful for the body.  Therefore in order to obtain the most nutrients from food, we must eat our food as raw as we possibly can, thus providing the body with nutrients necessary to rebuild the cell structure, including the immune system.  In my past experience, I know eating mostly vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds in its raw natural form and drinking plenty of fresh vegetable and fruit juices daily have freed my body from hay fever, thrust, monthly menstrual pain, recurring pains from tennis elbow, eczema, cold sores, swelling & stiffness at the finger joints, lower back muscle pains, dandruff, bloated stomach, frequent burping, numbness in both hands in the morning straight after sleep, colds, coughs, and headaches – all without the need to depend on medication.  I also obtained heaps of energy the whole day and did not experience any form of lethargy or tiredness.  The energy also helped me with some 2 1/2 hour walks around the Swan River, and by the time I finished my round, I felt refreshed.  My mind became mentally alert and clear.  My skin looked younger and felt more supple.  When I injured myself, my bruises would take a day or two to heal which otherwise would have taken as long as 5-7 days.  I would sleep well every night and woke up knowing I have had a good night’s rest.  Above all, I had the energy and strength to draw close to God by prayer, reading and meditating on the word of God for my daily spiritual growth and communion with the Lord Jesus and His Spirit.  In this way, my spirit, soul and body are kept healthy and prosperous so that I can serve the Lord with all gladness and joy!

We are what we eat and what we eat becomes the cell structure of our body – whether it is in a healthy or unhealthy state.  Our life is a gift from Almighty God, each given in a bodily form, and He has originally instructed mankind in Gen. 1:29 how we ought to nourish and nurture our God-given body, which is also the temple of the Holy Spirit.  A healthy body enables us to do the works of God without any interference of sickness and ill-health.  A healthy body enables us to enjoy life and live our dream in our old age instead of fighting off degenerative diseases and spending our hard earned money on piles of medical bills and bottles of medications. How far have we deviated from God’s way and I believe it is time that we return to God’s Way for the proper nourishment of our body so that we can glorify God in our body which belongs to God! 

Would you like to see every sickness gone from your body and never to trouble you again? Would you like to live life to the fullest and to a good old age? 

If eating all these years has got you to where you are today with various sicknesses, pain, depression, lack of energy and etc, why not consider changing your diet to the God given raw plant based living foods that rejuvenates and revives your body to its ultimate healthy state?
