Healthy Cell Life

Without a doubt, human life begins at conception, whereby a single cell is formed when the sperm of the male joins the egg of the female in sexual intercourse. This single cell contains Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), a nucleic acid that contains the genetic instructions for the development and function of the entire human body. This DNA becomes the blueprint of what the entire body will be like, including the sex of that individual...right on down to what the colour of the eyes and hair will be.

What happens after the sperm and egg unite is phenomenon! That original cell divides into two cells (each with its own DNA) and the two cells become four cells, the four become eight, the eight become 16, the 16 become 32 and on and on these cells continue to divide and multiply at an unbelievable rate of speed for the next 11 months. At the end of approximately 11 months and two months after birth, the body has its full complement of cells...somewhere around 100,000,000,000 (one hundred trillion) of them, with each cell containing its own blueprint of the entire body!

At about two months after birth, this wild proliferation of cells stops and from here on and throughout life, we have only the replacement or recreation of cells. For example, throughout life, every four weeks or so, the entire outer layer of our skin is replaced with new cells. Approximately every two months, practically every cell in our heart muscle is rebuilt; and within a one-year period, our entire bone structure replaces. One year from this very moment, practically every cell in our body will have been replaced with a new cell. Scientists have confirmed that 98 percent of the atoms in our body were not there a year ago. Thus, one year from today, every one of us will have a new body!!! We can truly marvel at what a marvelous self-regenerating and self-healing body God has given us.

So what kind of body will we have 5 years, 10 years, 20 years and 30 years from now? Would it be weaker or stronger than it is today?

The answer to that question is entirely up to each one of us! As the old cell dies and the new cell replaces, the new cell is totally dependent on the live building material we provide it... the uncooked and unprocessed live foods we eat, the type of liquids we drink and the fresh air we breathe.

When each new cell has been properly fed, it will live healthily and function properly, ultimately reproducing and replacing itself with a new, healthy and strong cell. To perform all the tasks that every cell must, such as ingest and digest nutrients, remove waste, and reproduce, they create their own energy so that we can wake up in the morning to go to work, enjoy and do different types of chores and recreation, and make it to bed at night with a guaranteed sound sleep. This production of energy at the cellular level is commonly known as bioenergetics. This energy produced by strong, new and healthy cells is what keeps us alive!

To put it simply

3 John 1:2

Dear friend, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy in body as you are strong in spirit.

God, who created for each one of us a marvelous, self-regenerating and self-healing body, gave us raw vegetables and fresh fruits to sustain us for perfect health.  When we observe God's natural laws, we can obtain superior health, but when we violate God's natural laws, we bring upon ourselves sickness, suffering and often a premature death.  Proper cell care is the key to a healthy, energetic, strong, mentally stable..... and truly to an ultimate healthy body for the glory of God! :-)
