Qucik Meals You Can Prepare in 15 mins!

Have you scratched your head at times and wondered what's for lunch or dinner!  Well, if you are in a rush or just simply want a quick and yet delicious meal, here are some 15-20 min meals I had quickly prepared which were just simply cheap, healthy, tasty and nutritious!  Remember, it is not always how much you eat but what you eat that matters and detrimental to your long term good health!

High Vitamin C & Energy Thirst Quencher

My husband and I love this 'heavenly' drink which is rich in flavour, colour and nutritional value.  We would take it any time of the day whenever we felt we needed a great energy drink or a thirst quencher!  So I made sure whenever there was a sale, I would buy heaps of frozen raspberry / blueberry / mixed berry packs and stocked them in our freezer.
