Spinach Dip Packed with Iron, Enzymes & Protein

My latest mouth-watering spinach dip is richly packed with Iron, Enzyme and Protein and easy to make while you are on the go and need a substantial food to keep you nourished and full.

This is a densely packed super food of live nutrients with plenty of enzymes to help digest our food in our stomach, iron to supply enough healthy oxygen-carrying red blood cells and proteins becoming the building blocks of our body.


To make the Spinach Dip, blend the following ingredients:
1 bag of 280g baby leaf spinach 
1 small garlic
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1 tsp celtic sea salt
1 tbsp B12 nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
1 tbsp gluten free soy sauce

Adjust the quantity and blend to make a thick consistency.  

Accompany with:

  • Gluten free crackers
  • Cabbage Leaves 
Wala!



To store, pack into a glass jar or plastic container and close it air-tight.  It will also keep in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 days.
