SO WE ARE IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC!
Many people with compromised immune systems are getting sick with the Coronavirus. And yet, COVID-19 is not even the worst that could happen. Are we going to be a victim? Are we going to blame the virus, the quarantine, the government? Or should we use these events as an opportunity for personal growth and improvement health-wise?
Do we think our government will somehow bring us better health? Do we believe medical science will create yet another new drug to fight yet another virus?
That’s one thinking. However I believe it is time for many of us to assure we have the strongest immune system possible to protect us from the innumerable microbes and viruses of which we share a common space!
Let's not think it is the government's job to keep us healthy. Nor is it the medical system’s job to assure our survival from the virus. IT IS OUR JOB. This current pandemic is another warning that we need to change our attitude towards health. What we need more than anything is a strong immune system.
I highly recommend at least 75% of your meals are raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and drinking pure vegetable and fruit juices on a daily basis to help build a strong immune system.
