Drink Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices




Father God, thank you for my healthy breakfast and my yummy wife!


Fruit juices are the cleansers of the human system. Vegetable juices are the builders, feeders and regenerators of the body.  When we run vegetables and fruits through a juicer prior to placing it into our body, that juicer will do much of the work normally done by the digestive system.  And that is, the juicer separates the pulp and fibre from the juice before we place the vegetables and fruits into our body. When we drink that juice, which now contains no fibre, it does not have to go through the digestive process. So when we drink just the juice preferably on an empty stomach before Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, the juice can go almost intravenously into the blood system.  When we consume the vegetables and fruits in the form of juice and without the fibre, over 92% of the nutrients reach cellular level within 10 to 15 minutes.   During this time, avoid eating food to allow the nutrients to be absorbed into the body.
Blender
A blender cannot do the job of a juicer! Why!  Because a blender leaves the fibre in the juice, and when the juice contains fibre, it all must go through the digestive process, which requires a tremendous amount of energy and loss of nutrients. This digestive process also causes the loss of at least 65% of the nutrients.

This morning, I gave my husband his first juice for the day before he went to work.  I juiced carrots, tomatoes, apples, potato, strawberry and garlic.  I later accompanied his breakfast with pineapple, mango and strawberry on a platter with a touch of love! 

Walla!

In short when you drink 100% freshly extracted juices, you are guaranteed of zero refined sugar, zero syrup, zero colouring, zero artificial flavours, zero additives and zero carbonation!
