The 2010 Bibbulmun Track 1000 Record

Raw Sunrise for breakfast!
Eating mostly raw and unprocessed vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, honey, olive oil, and most importantly fresh juices provided heaps of energy, stamina and health for Paul Madden while he was aiming for the 2010 Bibbulmun Track 1000 Record!
