Cabbage & Carrot in 'Yogurt'

Taste the goodness of veggies in non-diary 'yogurt'!

Ingredients:


  • ¼ yellow cabbage - cut into 1” strips
  • ¼ purple cabbage – cut into 1” strips
  • 1 carrot – shred
  • 1 continental cucumber 
  • 1/4 cups raw almond nuts
  • ½ tsp Celtic sea salt


Preparation:

  1. Prepare veggies and toss them into a salad bowl.
  2.  In a blender, blend cucumber, almond nuts and sea salt till creamy.
  3. Add and mix cucumber 'yogurt' to the shredded veggies.
  4. Sufficient for 6-8 people.
  5. Enjoy!
