Taste the goodness of veggies in non-diary 'yogurt'! |
Ingredients:
- ¼ yellow cabbage - cut into 1” strips
- ¼ purple cabbage – cut into 1” strips
- 1 carrot – shred
- 1 continental cucumber
- 1/4 cups raw almond nuts
- ½ tsp Celtic sea salt
Preparation:
- Prepare veggies and toss them into a salad bowl.
- In a blender, blend cucumber, almond nuts and sea salt till creamy.
- Add and mix cucumber 'yogurt' to the shredded veggies.
- Sufficient for 6-8 people.
- Enjoy!
