| You Would Need | Preparation | ||||||
| 1 cup almond nuts | * Blend all the ingredients until it becomes sticky. | ||||||
| 5 big flat mushrooms | * Brush coconut oil on a flat glassware or baking tray. | ||||||
| 1 tbsp raw honey | * Pinch a handful of the vegetable paste, form into | ||||||
| 1 heap tsp dried basil leaves | a ball and slightly flatten it. | ||||||
| 2 cloves garlic | * Place each in the baking tray, leaving space in between. | ||||||
| 1 heap tsp dried oregano leaves | * Blush the top of each patty with coconut oil. | ||||||
| 1 heap tsp dried parsley leaves | * Bake at 220°C for 30 mins until golden brown . | ||||||
| 1 tsp Celtic sea salt | * Serve on a bed of green fresh lettuce or with fresh | ||||||
| 1 tsp liquid aminos | mushrooms. | ||||||
| 1/4 tsp chilli powder | * Enjoy ! | ||||||
