Grilled Potato Chips



I love chips!!!  So I've chosen grilled red potato chips instead of deep fried chips as all heated vegetable oils and fats are harmful to the body and potentially carcinogenic!  Then, have a bed of leafy red lettuce to go with it to control the acid/alkaline balance factor.


Then on the other hand, I can also eat chips prepared in a dehydrator.  Well, one day I'll get to it but now back to the grilled red potato chips!


Marinate with:

  1. Sea salt
  2. Chilli powder
  3. Turmeric powder 

To Grill:


  1. Line up your thin cut chips on a wire rack with temperature of 150 degree Celsius.
  2. Grill for 15 mins.
