Today I want to introduce you to my latest discovery of gluten free sweet potato wrap that is freely available in most supermarkets and health shops.
Fillings:
Cut into small pieces:tomato
avocado
cos lettuce
cucumber
onions
garlic (minced)
nutritional yeast flakes (for B12)
cayenne pepper
turmeric powder
fine sea salt

Add to your fillings practically any other raw food you love!

An interesting Fact:
Has zucchini more potassium than a banana? Yes! Specifically, a medium-sized zucchini contains about 50 milligrams more potassium than a regular banana. The most flavorful zucchinis are the smallest ones in the bunch. On the flipside, the largest zucchini ever grown was almost 6 feet long and weighed close to 65 pounds!
