Pizza Base Ingredients
- 4 Stalks celery, washed, trimmed and chopped.
- 2 Carrots peeled and chopped
- 1 stalk spring onions
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic (pounded)
- 2 cups of flax ground
- 1/2 - 1 tsp of Celtic sea salt
- 1/2 cup distilled/filtered water
How to Prepare the Base
- Put your celery, carrots, spring onions, tomatoes, and garlic into your food processor or blender. Process until everything is chopped very finely but not like it's blended.
- Add your flax/salt mix and process again. Add water as needed. It doesn't matter if you add too much. It will dehydrate out.
- Spread your base on a non stick
sheet and put them in your dehdyrator for 3-4 hours. After this time you should
be able to flip them onto a mesh sheet. Leave the base for another 6-8
hours depending on their thickness.
Tomato Sauce
- 5 tomatoes, cut
- 2 cups of cashews soaked 2 hours
- 3 pitted dates soaked one hour
- 2 shallots/spring onions, cut
- 1 red capsicum, cut
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- Juice of 1-2 freshly squeezed lemons
- 1 table spoon olive oil
- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt or onion salt
- 2 tbsps Nutritional yeast (optional)
How to Prepare the Sauce
Put all of the above sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

- Spread the tomato sauce on the dehydrated base then return base to dehydrator for another 1-2 hours.
- Add your veggie toppings!
- Enjoy!

zucchin, mushrooms,
capsicum, spinach, celery, lettuce, parsley, basil, avocado, cherry tomato
