Lots of people I spoke to love Pad Thai and recently I spoke to one of my sons and he said he has yet to taste a good proper raw Pad Thai. Then I thought to myself that if I can make a raw Pad Thai which means the dish is not going to be cooked and therefore since its nutritional value will add to the alkalinityin my body, it will be a real treat!
