Stalks celery, washed, trimmed and chopped.

- 1 tsp of Celtic sea salt

cup distilled/filtered water
Lots of people I spoke to love Pad Thai and recently I spoke to one of my sons and he said he has yet to taste a good proper raw Pad Thai. Then I thought to myself that if I can make a raw Pad Thai which means the dish is not going to be cooked and therefore since its nutritional value will add to the alkalinity in my body, it will be a real treat!
So this
easy raw vegetarian dish uses zucchini for the flat rice "noodles" to create my own version of the Raw Pad Thai!
