- Blend the following ingredients in a good blender. I recommend you be creative and adjust the ingredients and quantity to the consistency you like. Other nuts such as pine nuts, cashew nuts, almond nuts are equally great for a great nutty or 'buttery' spread!
- Pour the mixed spread into a plastic container, close with an air-tight lid, and leave in the refrigerator.
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup pine nuts
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1 cup extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
- 2 tbsp Udo Oil (optional)
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
- A pinch turmeric powder
Note: You also adjust the colour as you adjust your ingredients. If you prefer a more yellow spread, just add more turmeric powder!
