Hello everyone, today I want to introduce an alternative to rice called quinoa. It is not a grain but a seed to my amazement!
This blog attempts to show how a raw plant-based diet, eating mostly vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds and also drinking freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices daily in their raw form creates a robust immune system and helps revert sicknesses and diseases. Incorporating exercise in any bodily activity is also vital in enhancing or maintaining physical fitness and overall health and wellness.
