Vegetarian Lasage with Raw Cheese Flakes


You can create a healthier and non-diary cheese to add to your soups, salads, pizza, cheesy dishes, or anywhere else you would use traditional Parmesan cheese!

What you need is a dehydrator!

Pasta dishes are at the heart of Italian cuisine and possibly a favourite for most Australians, like myself.   Though there are great gluten-free pasta of all shapes and sizes now on sale in the stores, however my understanding is that the less cooked and processed your food is, the less ACIDIC and better it is for your health.  So I still prefer to eat my healthy 'spaghetti' the healthier way which I have prepared here!

Orange Salad




Fruits can be a major part of any salads whether you have it for lunch or dinner.  As fruits are cleansers and vegetables are builders, combining them may not be a bad idea.  I personally believe we do not have to wait till after dinner to eat fruits, but incorporating fruits into the main meal brings about variety, and can be very appetizing!
